No, this is a course specifically designed to help you to speak Italian when you will be traveling to Italy
So if you are looking for a general Italian course, this is not the right course for you :)
HOWEVER if you are interested in a practical start to your Italian journey, this course is a great place to start!
What are the prerequisites for joining this Italian course?
This course is for you EVEN IF you are starting to learn Italian from zero :) so no prerequisites needed!
What level of Italian do I need to have, to start the course?
This course is perfect
1) if you are starting from ZERO
2) if you already know some Italian but you need to perfectionate and become more accurate
3) if you're an intermediate who wants to expand and enrich the speaking skills, vocabulary and mindset

but even if English is not your first language, however as long as you can speak it, there is no problem at all :) the course is still for you!

in fact I will explain the Italian lesson in English, so even if someone starts from zero, can understand everything
When does the course start?
The course starts whenever you decide! :)
All the lessons are pre-recorded so you can watch them whenever you want
HOWEVER the live support is for 6 months: you will have access to the monthly group Q&A for that time
When do the group monthly meetings start?
The group monthly calls start one month after you enroll so you have enough time to start learning (this may vary according to Italian holidays)

How long will it take to complete the course?
It's very personal!
It can depend on your schedule, how much time you can devote to study and on your level of Italian.
Also consider that, the Italian lessons are very rich (they can be 10 to 45 minutes long)
and are designed for you to have a solid foundation when you speak
I recommend spending some time watching the lessons, reviewing and doing the exercises so what you learn SINKS (and you can reuse it when in Itay)
Are the lessons live or recorded?
The lessons are all recorded
However the course includes monthly live group Q&A sessions to clarify your doubts and do exercises together
