Every time I tried to speak I used to "FREEZE" and this led me to avoid experiences and friends.

anxiety, fear of making mistakes and the pressure of expectations FIRST.
The moment I applied those principles,
👉🏼I became conversational in Norwegian in 6 months
👉🏼 naturally fluent in English
👉🏼 got certified and started my coaching business, to support English speakers to release anxiety and fear of making mistakes when speaking Italian and reach fluency
